CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and mine, The Cynn Aesthetic kindly requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 🔸 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. 🔸 No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total and may require a deposit to rebook in the future. 🔸 If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on the schedule and will be considered a late cancellation.
